At Sales Title Insights , we are committed to providing accurate and reliable vehicle title and ownership history reports to help you make informed decisions. Since our reports are digital products delivered instantly after purchase, the following refund policy applies:

If you want to cancel your order or request a refund, you may do so within 60 minutes of placing the order.


1. Non-Refundable Reports

  • All vehicle title history reports purchased through our website are non-refundable once they have been generated and delivered.

  • Because our reports are digital, customized products, they cannot be returned or reused once accessed.


2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may only be issued under the following circumstances:

  • You were charged more than once for the same order.

  • You did not receive your report due to a verified technical issue on our system.

  • The report could not be generated due to incomplete or invalid data sources.


3. Exclusions

Refunds will not be issued in cases where:

  • The VIN entered was incorrect, incomplete, or invalid.

  • The customer expected additional data beyond what our title history reports include.

  • The report was delivered successfully, but the customer later decided they no longer need it.


4. How to Request a Refund

If you believe you qualify for a refund, please contact us within 7 days of purchase and include the following details:

  • Your full name and email address used during purchase.

  • The transaction ID or order number.

  • A brief explanation of the issue.
